Pre-Orders
- Items available for pre-order will have an estimated shipping date listed on the product page.
- Pre-orders will be fulfilled in the order they were received.
- If you purchase a pre-order item and an in-stock item together, your order will ship once all items are available. If you prefer to receive in-stock items sooner, please place separate orders.
- Delays may occur due to manufacturing, supply chain issues, or unexpected demand. We will notify you via email if any significant delays happen.

Lost or Stolen Packages
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with neighbors or your local post office.
- If the package is lost or stolen, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date to discuss possible resolutions.
